The greatest care is taken by Olfactive O Ltd in the presentation and description of all of the products on the Site. However, errors and omissions can occur and Olfactive O Ltd may not, in any case, be held liable for such errors and omissions.

We keep accurate records of stock on the Site, but if your product is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive or offer the purchase of an alternative product as a replacement or to cancel the order.

If you cancel the order, Olfactive O Ltd will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date of payment if your bank account has already been debited.

Olfactive O Ltd shall not be held liable in any way should it run out of stock or if the products otherwise become unavailable for whatever reason.

PRICING

Payment can be made through any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPa and payment will be debited and cleared at the point which your order is accepted.

All the prices on our website are in British Pounds and are quoted inclusive of taxes. Orders are payable in British Pounds and no exception will be made.

You confirm that the credit or debit card or other method of payment is yours. Please note that all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment, Olfactive O Ltd will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of any products. Olfactive O Ltd retains legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and legal ownership of any products refunded will immediately transfer back to Olfactive O Ltd.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping to all UK mainland addresses is free of charge.

The prices may be modified at any time. However, changes will not affect any order you have already placed. Olfactive O Ltd applies the price list in force shown on the Site at the time of ordering.

Display price and final check out price may vary according to where you decide to ship your cart. The prices will be quoted to you at the time you submit your relevant order. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

CONTRACT

We must receive payment for the goods you order before your order can be accepted.

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted as soon as possible by sending an email to you at the email address you provided.

Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
